A creature from the cave, is exploring the relationship between 1st and 3rd world. whether the motive is good intentions, curiosity, or ignorance, the 1st world shine a spotlight on the 3rd world. this picture is suggesting that the 1st world presence is overwhelming.
In the girls face, her eyes are squinting from the glare of the 1st worlds stare. her lips curl, into a half smile, and half sneer. the natural reaction to being overwhelmed. Try it yourself, overwhelm your senses, look into the sun. suck on a lemon. monitor how your lips respond.
